Lydia Slocum brings more than 30 years of administrative, compliance, and public-service experience.

Her professional background includes regulatory compliance, data management, administrative operations, and organizational oversight, including service as an Election Specialist with Miami-Dade Elections.

She also brings over 8 years hospitality and guest-services experience through her work as a Guest Experience Supervisor at Hard Rock Stadium.

Within the family enterprise, Lydia provides governance, stewardship, operational discipline, continuity, and multigenerational leadership.

Kamara S. Stokes

Capital Strategist | Business Acquisition & Growth Lead

Kamara S. Stokes brings more than 25 years of experience across finance, capital strategy, business development, acquisitions, and asset development.

Her expertise includes deal origination, business acquisition strategy, underwriting, capital structuring, lender and investor coordination, transaction execution, and portfolio growth.

She provides strategic leadership for the company’s acquisition initiatives and works to identify, structure, finance, and execute opportunities aligned with Lydia Estate Management Holding Corp’s long-term growth strategy.

Ke’Mara T. Hayes

Operations | Guest Experience | Compliance & Systems

Ke’Mara T. Hayes is an operations and program-management professional with experience across government, major entertainment venues, and private-sector organizations.

Her background includes service as a Program Delivery Manager with FEMA and experience managing compliance-driven workflows, documentation, systems coordination, and crisis-response processes.

She also brings 5 years of hospitality experience as a Guest Experience Supervisor Lead Representative at Hard Rock Stadium.

Ke’Mara supports operational systems, compliance, documentation, guest-experience standards, and next-generation leadership development within the family enterprise.

Cedric A. Hooper Jr.

Operations & Workforce Leadership

Cedric A. Hooper Jr. brings more than 25 years of leadership and operations experience.

His background includes workforce supervision, budgeting, scheduling, community-based programming, athletics management, and organizational leadership.

He serves as Athletic Director for the Belafonte TACOLCY Center, is a Certified Sports Agent, and is a licensed Florida insurance agent.

Within the family enterprise, Cedric supports operations oversight, workforce leadership, program execution, and community engagement.

Courtney Dowdy

Administrative Operations | Community & Program Support

Courtney Dowdy is a psychology graduate of Georgia Southern University with a professional background spanning early intervention, early childhood education, student support services, and community engagement.

Her experience includes working as an Early Interventionist supporting young children and families while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate individualized developmental goals and services.

Courtney also brings leadership and administrative experience through residential and educational environments, with a background in student outreach, program support, resource coordination, and community-based services.

Within the family enterprise, Courtney supports administrative operations, program coordination, family and community engagement, documentation, and organizational initiatives across the Lydia Estate Management portfolio.

Corrie McCants

Professional Services | Organizational & Community Advisory

Corrie McCants is an experienced School Psychologist with more than 18 years of professional experience working with school districts, charter schools, families, administrators, and community organizations.

She is also an entrepreneur and operates D.R.E.A.M. Psychological & Counseling Services, LLC, providing professional psychological and educational support services.

Her professional expertise includes assessments, organizational consultation, intervention planning, behavioral and social-emotional strategy, mentoring, counseling, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and institutional leadership.

As part of the family enterprise, Corrie provides professional-services insight, organizational and community advisory support, family-centered program guidance, and strategic perspective to support the continued development of the Lydia Estate Management portfolio.
